saturday morning recovery!

Last night was a blast...I went to visit some old friends from high school that I see just about ever 6 months or so. It was lots of fun and I got to see one friend that I NEVER see drunk completely falling on his bottom from his newly acquired "habit"...apparently he had been drinking since about 5pm that day...it is the weekend so I let it slide. I got to meet his new girlfriend and play many many rounds of beer pong and flip cup. Many. I also found out that you can order cookies online for delivery at 3 o'clock in the morning. They were delicious. If my memory is holding up then I definetly remember going to WaWas again with the guys...that makes about 20 times I've gone into that store in my history and not a single time was I ever sober...I have absolutely NO clue how it looks like without all the blurriness, I just know it has lots of food and soda.

[my friend] (1:10:06 PM): nothing like juuuuust about falling asleep, and having someone pound on your door like it's the end of the world
Auto Response from TerMyst2 (1:10:06 PM): oh what a night...recovering
TerMyst2 (1:10:40 PM): i think i did a solid job
TerMyst2 (1:10:56 PM): i thought i dreamt that
[my friend] (1:11:02 PM): hahaha nope
[my friend] (1:11:07 PM): so did I for a second
TerMyst2 (1:11:24 PM): nothing like the realization that what you did actually happened but you were too wasted to know it

Sweeet! So apparently after drenching myself in alcohol I went over to my old roommates apartment and pretended to deliver pizza to my buddy's room. I would take responsibility but I was actually in his roommate's room talking to him and he was like "hey, you wanna break down his door?" and i was like "no" and he said "yea you do" and i said "yea, you're right".

Shortly afterward I went to another friend's house across the street because he called and told me that he was the wing man in an uncomfortable pairing and he just needed me to cut him loose from his reponsibilities. Ron to the rescue! I literally burst through the front door and said something to the effect that I needed to have a serious conversation with him downstairs. We played darts. We argued for minutes on end about this whether or not some boxer he looked up a while ago is the best in the history of the world and I thought this guy he was talking about was a tramp who just travelled across the states beating people up in train cars. Turns out we were both half right...

John Sullivan was a fantastic bare knuckle boxer in his time. In late September 1883 he decided that he was really good so he's gonna go across country and knock out as many civilians on trains that he could find. Yeah. So he "fought soeme 50 minor opponents across America and reportedly knocked out all of them." The next year he continued his "tour" and reportedly knocked out 29 more. This guys got an impressive resume...just remember to play dead [the next time you travel back in time to a train car in the 18th century] if you see him.
