chain [allergic] reaction...

So I'm allergic to just a few things: Chloroquine (medicine used to prevent malaria...yea I lived in Africa as a kid...malaria was not uncommon), pecans (and of course the first time that I found this out was when I had a nice chunk of pecan pie...mmm...), and "dip"...i.e. smokeless tobacco...the stuff baseball plays chew. I....can't....stand the stuff. It makes me sick beyond belief...and in fact I’m getting sicker from just talking about it. So anyway earlier this evening at work a customer came up to me at the 'help desk' to ask me a question...he was totally chewing tobacco and as soon as that putrid odor wave hit me I became dizzy. I couldn't answer him as I was about a foot from the ground before I caught myself. I had to take a seat on the ground and he kept trying to help me up but I kept telling him to stay away from me. Bleh...so after about 15 minutes I regained my composure and went back to work but from then on the rest of the night was ruined for me...I couldn't eat or drink anything and I was planning on going out but I cancelled those plans and just as I was about to leave work my buddy called me to go down to College Park and so I did [to see if I could salvage any remnants of a Saturday night]. Unfortunately that didn't really work..I got there and stayed about half an hour before realizing that the nausea still hadn't packed its bags and I would most definitely have to go home.

I was going to post a picture related to "dip" but I think I would actually throw up if I went looking for one...
