monday night is pizza night!

I know. It's Tuesday...or in cases Wednesday (Mar) but anyway I time traveled and I'm blogging about yesturday. Monday was just like any other Monday except it went by really quickly. I spent lots of time working on my schedules for next week and therefore I was on the computer for most of the time. This definetly made the day go by faster as I had several periods of time where I dozed off and woke up in spaces of 10-20 minutes. Then I had lunch and did about an hour of actual "work".

Anywho after work I decided to stop by the Jerry's Subs & Pizza by my work to fill my desire for some kind of sub. I got in and while waiting in line attempting to decide what I actually wanted to eat I heard this woman come up behind me in line with her two playful kids. Conversation follows:

young girl 1: "mommy, i want a cheesestake!"
young girl 2: "me too! and a cake too!"
mom: "come now girls you know what we came here for...the monday night special..."

To this my ears perked up as I had yet to decide what I actually wanted...and as if to appease my strained ears she finished...

mom: "...one large pizza for $4.99."

Those are real quotes guys, not air ones. I couldn't believe that the camera filming this obvious commercial didn't appear out of nowhere and the director yell "cut!" but anyway that made my decision...I got the large pizza and made that the meal for my sister and I.

And now I leave!
